AGI – Il gruppo tedesco Flixbus ha annunciato che acquisterà la compagnia di autobus a lunga percorrenza Greyhound, espandendo così la propria offerta ‘mox cost’ negli Stati Uniti.
Flixbus pagherà 148 milioni di euro a Firstgroup, società britannica che detiene in portafoglio Greyhound Lines, che serve 2.400 destinazioni in Nord America e trasporta quasi 16 milioni di passeggeri all’anno.
