AGI – L’azienda dolciaria Balocco ha impugnato oggi il provvedimento reso dall’Agcm in relazione all’iniziativa ‘Pandoro Pink Christmas‘, in quanto “ritenuto ingiusto”.
“La società è determinata a dimostrare anche dinanzi al Tar del Lazio – spiega la Balocco – di aver operato correttamente e confida nel fatto che il provvedimento verrà annullato”.
